Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyPassPhoto (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Non-Affiliation Government Disclaimer

Important Government Disclaimer: EasyPassPhoto is an independent technology service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State, the UK HM Passport Office, the Australian Passport Office, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or any other federal or governmental authority worldwide.

We provide software tools to assist individuals in formatting their personal photographs in accordance with publicly published international biometric guidelines (ICAO Doc 9303 and national agency criteria).

3. User Responsibilities & Physical Printing

While our tools generate images formatted to exact millimeter dimensions and 300 DPI resolutions, the physical quality of printed photos depends upon:

Selecting the appropriate printing size (e.g. 4x6" borderless photo print) without enabling "fit to printable area" or scale distortion at retail photo kiosks (such as CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart).
Submitting photos taken in adequate, even ambient lighting with neutral facial expressions, eyes open, and without glare on eyeglasses or unauthorized head coverings.

4. Acceptance or Refund Guarantee

We stand behind our compliance algorithms. If your printed photo formatted with EasyPassPhoto is rejected by a government passport agency solely due to biometric sizing or background formatting issues, or if you are unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, we will:

Re-process and manually assist you in re-formatting your photo at zero charge, or
Provide a full 100% refund of your Print Pack purchase price via Paddle.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYPASSPHOTO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM APPLICATION PROCESSING DELAYS, TRAVEL RESCHEDULING, OR PASSPORT OFFICE DENIALS RESULTING FROM USER-PROVIDED CAPTURE DEFECTS (SUCH AS BLUR, HEAVY SHADOWS, OR OBSTRUCTED FACIAL FEATURES).
